Six by Nico opens its first Yorkshire restaurant on Monday 3rd July.
Six by Nico, the pioneering restaurant group renowned for its ever-evolving menu concept, is officially opening the doors to its new Leeds venue on Monday 3 July.
With over 5,000 bookings already, it’s safe to say the latest addition to Leeds’ restaurant scene has piqued the interest of foodies across Yorkshire.
Now, with only a few days to go until the grand opening, we take a look inside the eagerly-awaited restaurant.
The new restaurant is located within a beautiful Grade II listed building, at 9 East Parade, and can seat up to 72 guests. Founded by chef Nico Simeone,
Six by Nico offers diners a delicious and affordable six-course tasting menu, with the added bonus of delicious wine pairings to match.
The Leeds venue, which is the first in Yorkshire, features the second largest kitchen pass of all of Six by Nico’s restaurants – offering diners a glimpse into the intricate food preparations.
The restaurant will also feature an onsite bar, with a full bar gantry, cocktail and wine service – serving trademark drinks such as Nico’s Three Aged Cocktails.
The Leeds venue is only the third restaurant across the Six by Nico group to have a bar within the restaurant.
The tasting menu rotates every six weeks, each inspired by a different theme, destination or concept to keep customers on their toes and the offering fresh and exciting all year round.
The inaugural menu at the Leeds restaurant will be Six by Nico’s iconic menu, The Chippie– a fun and unexpected twist on chip shop classics, with courses such as Chips & Cheese, Scampi, Steak Pie, Fish Supper, Smoked Sausage, and Deep Fried Mars Bar.
The six-course tasting menu is priced at £39 per person, with the option to enjoy an expertly selected wine pairing for an additional £30.

Six by Nico accommodates all dietary needs by providing a full vegetarian menu for each new menu concept. Customers can even switch courses from the meat menu to the vegetarian one if they prefer. Other diets and allergens can also be accommodated upon request, ensuring that no one is left out.
